Save the Dates
Save the Date announcements are a relatively new addition to the wedding field. The rise of destination weddings and the increased mobility of brides and grooms from their “hometowns” have led to an increase in out-of-town weddings. Save the Date announcements are typically sent to guests four to six months prior to the wedding. Should your wedding take place overseas or during a holiday season, you may choose to send Save the Date announcements up to a year in advance to give your guests time to plan and make travel and accommodation arrangements. Many bridal couples choose to include accommodation information and directions with their Save the Date announcements.
