If you, or your designer, are supplying artwork for your stationery we are glad to work with you. Please note that there are a few requirements for us to be able to use your artwork. We currently use Adobe Creative Suite CS2 and can open native files for InDesign, Photoshop or Illustrator. However, we prefer that you send EPS's in black and white with the fonts converted to outlines with appropriate crop marks for your files. If your work will be produced in more than one color, then we need one file per color (still in black and white) with just the relevant text/image on that file. Any images included with your artwork should be vector based or at least 600dpi for thermography or letterpress and 1200dpi for engraving.
We make every attempt to not modify your artwork in any way. Should a need arise we will either contact you to request a change or make the needed change and send a new version of your artwork to you for approval. If additional charges will be accrued, we will contact you prior to your incurring the charge. |
