While we hope to have online ordering available soon, for now you need to print out an order form, fill it in and then send it to us. If you fax it, to (877) 610-4344--which is how we get most orders, you need to call (877) 610-4499 later to confirm the order. This phone call ensures that we have received your order and allows us to go over questions that you, or we, have. |
